Swing Left helps win elections for Democrats by making it as easy as possible for anyone to have maximum impact on the elections that determine the balance of power in our country.
Leadership
Yasmin Radjy brings over 15 years of experience in organizing, advocacy, and elections. She has served as Executive Director of Swing Left and its nonpartisan affiliate Vote Forward since 2022, following leadership roles including Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury in the Biden-Harris administration, National Political Director and Organizing Director at Planned Parenthood Action Fund, and Virginia State Director at Mobilize. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPP from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
Zack oversees national strategy and programs, including Ground Truth, a new multi-million dollar initiative to transform volunteer-powered voter contact, starting in key House districts ahead of 2026. He has spent his career in politics organizing hundreds of thousands of people to volunteer on electoral and advocacy campaigns at every level of government. He was most recently a partner at The Social Practice and has held senior roles with Real Justice PAC, Beto O’Rourke’s Senate and gubernatorial campaigns, NextGen Climate, ACLU, and Bernie 2016. He was one of the co-architects of the historic organizing program for Beto O'Rourke's 2018 Senate campaign and co-creator of the ACLU’s Inspiring People Power program, one of the most impressive distributed organizing operations of the resistance era.
A member of Swing Left's founding team, Michelle helped launch and grow the organization from 2016 to 2020, returning in 2025. Prior, she led communications and strategic partnerships in creative industries (art, fashion, and tech) for 15 years. She's a community builder, 3x founder, and advisor to social entrepreneurs and impact investors.
Andi drives cross-team strategy and alignment for senior leadership, ensuring collaboration and momentum across departments. With a background in media, digital strategy, and social impact, she has 10+ years of experience leveraging content and technology to advance mission-driven goals.
Michelle leads our budget, financial, compliance, legal, administrative, and people programs. She has spent over 10 years managing the operations needs of mission-driven organizations. She’s driven by a deep passion for the advancement of intersectional and progressive causes.
Gautham leads our engineering and product teams in building and maintaining our technology and data infrastructure. He has over 15 years of experience in engineering, product, strategy, and partnerships across industry and politics, and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from MIT and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Holly leads our fundraising team in securing the support needed to run our programs. She's a graduate of UC Berkeley and has an extensive development background at nonprofit and political organizations.
